In the face of their father's rapidly declining health, Maren and her two siblings, Vincent and Helen, are forced to reunite in their childhood home to find an adequate way to deal with his death wish. In one night, they are confronted with a mysterious "last will pill" that promises to end their father's misery, presenting them with a profound moral dilemma: How much can one sacrifice to end a loved one's suffering?
